Machine Introduction
The Ultra-Thin Glass Tempering Furnace is mainly divided into six parts: loading section, heating section, quenching section, unloading section, blower system, and electrical control system. This tempering furnace is suitable for tempering various thin glass products. The ultra-thin glass tempering technology accumulated through many years of experience overcomes various technical difficulties and leads the industry. Several advanced technologies ensure glass particle weight, flatness, and surface quality. The minimum thickness of tempered glass can reach 2.0mm.
The new air convection system is equipped with a high-efficiency convection device so that the glass temperature has a high degree of consistency and stability during heating. It ensures high-temperature air convection and uniform temperature distribution. Convection can be adjusted in a wide range and is easy to control. The deformation of the glass during heating is almost 0%.
The quenching section is composed of two parts, a quenching part and a cooling part, which are specially designed for the tempering of thin glass of 3mm and below. The section is composed of high-pressure blowers, air nozzles, cooling and driving system. The quenching air knife makes the cooling air evenly applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the glass. The distance between the air nozzle and the glass can be automatically adjusted to achieve the best glass quality. The glass product is flat, with no spots, no marks, and its optical properties are close to the original glass.
