Machine Introduction
The Multi-Chamber Glass Tempering Furnace is mainly divided into six parts: loading section, heating section, quenching section, unloading section, blower system, and electrical control system. The glass is placed in the loading section to wait for heating and is removed in the unloading section after tempering. The tempering furnace adopts a multi-heating chamber mode and pass-through tempering process, with high product quality and large output. The production mode can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the glass and the types of the product to maximize production efficiency.
The heating section in the furnace adopts the design of two or more heating chambers. The heating chamber is divided into a low-temperature zone and a high-temperature zone. The glass is heated in the low and high-temperature zones in a sequence, which not only improves the quality of the glass but also effectively utilizes the continuity of heating to improve production efficiency. The tempering furnace can freely switch the heating chamber mode: in the double-chamber/multi-chamber mode, the output of the tempering furnace is greatly increased; in the single-chamber heating mode, the heating section is set to be isothermally connected, which can process super-large tempered glass.
At the same time, the furnace heating also uses new air convection technology and a special structure designed in the United States. The new air convection system is equipped with a high-efficiency convection device so that the glass temperature has a good consistency and stability during the healing period and ensures high-temperature air convection and uniform temperature distribution. Convection can be adjusted in a wide range and is easy to control. Each temperature controller has over-temperature protection. The deformation of the glass during heating is almost 0%.
The quenching section is composed of high-pressure blowers, air knife, and the driving system. The quenching air knife makes the cooling air evenly applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the glass. The distance between the air knife and the glass can be automatically adjusted to achieve the best glass quality. The glass product has no spots, no marks, no deformation, no surface defects, and its optical properties are close to the original glass.
Products comply with ANSI Z97.1, EN 12150-1:2000, GB15763.2-2005, GB/T9963, GB/T9656, JIS R 3206, and other tempered standards. This tempering furnace has a multi-layer protection system, user operation and maintenance are convenient and simple. It has high production efficiency. The output is increased by at least 80%, with high product quality and reliable functionality.
