Machine Introduction

The flat and bent glass tempering furnace is mainly used for the production of flat/curved tempered glass for automobile transportation industry, home appliance industry, decoration industry, household and building products, as well as flat/curved tempered glass for large-scale construction and other purposes. It is mainly composed of seven parts: Loading Section, Heating Section, Bent Quenching Section, Flat Quenching Section, Unloading Section, Blower System, and Electrical Control System.

The general process layout of the flat & bending tempering furnace is that the flat and bending sections are located at the two ends of the heating section respectively. In the production of bent glass, the glass enters the furnace through the flat quenching section from the loading table, and is heated in the heating chamber. After reaching a certain temperature, the glass quickly moves out and enters the bending section for forming and quenching. When producing flat tempered glass, the glass enters the furnace in reverse from the other end, and reaches the flat quenching section for tempering after being released from the furnace.

The features of this tempering furnace are: it has the function of bi-direction/two-way movement, which can greatly improve the quality of the glass. All products comply with ANSI Z97.1, EN 12150-1:2000, GB15763.2-2005, GB/T9963, GB/T9656, JIS R 3206 and other tempering standards. This tempering furnace has a multi-layer operation protection system, and machine operation and maintenance are convenient and simple.
