Machine Introduction
Continuous glass tempering furnace can be used for tempered glass production that requires extremely high output, and can also be used for film curing of amorphous silicon coated solar glass and other types of solar glass. The output of the continuous glass tempering furnace is increased by many times, which is suitable for processing large quantities of glass products and can be continuously operated for 24 hours a day.
The continuous glass tempering production line is mainly composed of a loading table, a heating section, a cooling section, an unloading table, a blower system, and an electrical control system. There are uniformly installed ceramic rollers in the furnace with high-quality linearity, roundness and thermal denaturation. The ceramic rollers ensure that the glass moves forward during the heating process, maintains a good level, and is not deformed. The continuous tempering furnace adopts frequency conversion motors controlled by intelligent closed-loop feedback speed regulation systems to ensure the stable and consistent movement speed of the glass, so that the glass will not deviate or collide during the movement and ensure the surface quality and performance of the glass. The machine adopts intelligent digital control system and intelligent heating system to ensure the accuracy of temperature control, and the glass heating temperature is highly uniform and consistent. All thermal insulation materials are imported high-performance heat-resistant thermal insulation materials, which can save at least 25%-40% of electricity compared with traditional tempering furnaces.
